Navigate to Templates in your dashboard and click "Create New Template". Use our visual editor to design your waiver form with drag-and-drop fields, rich text formatting, and custom branding.

Can I import my existing waiver templates?

Yes! You can import waivers from PDF, Word documents, or other platforms. Our import tool will help you convert your existing templates into digital format.

How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are up and running within 15-30 minutes. Create your template, customize your branding, and you're ready to start collecting signatures.

Do I need technical knowledge to use the platform?

No technical knowledge required! Rock Solid Waivers is designed to be user-friendly with an intuitive interface. If you can use email, you can use our platform.

Yes! Our Progressive Web App (PWA) supports offline signing on tablets and kiosks. Data syncs automatically when internet connection is restored.

How do I export waiver data?

Go to Waivers > Export in your dashboard. Export as PDF (individual or bulk), CSV for spreadsheets, or JSON for integration with other systems. Apply custom date ranges and filters.

Can I customize the waiver design and branding?

Yes! Upload your logo, choose brand colors, customize fonts, and add custom CSS. Your waivers will match your business branding perfectly.

Do you support multiple waiver templates?

Yes. Create unlimited templates for different activities, age groups, or services. Switch between templates easily or let participants choose the appropriate waiver.

Can I send waivers via email for pre-signing?

Absolutely! Send waiver links via email or SMS. Participants can sign from home before arriving, reducing check-in time and improving customer experience.

What languages are supported?

The platform interface is in English. However, you can create waiver templates in any language. Multi-language support for the dashboard is on our roadmap.

How does pricing work?

We use flexible volume-based pricing. Choose your monthly waiver volume (starting at 100 waivers), add optional feature modules, and save with annual billing. Pay only for what you need.

What is included in the base price?

Base price includes: waiver signing, secure storage, email notifications, Australian legal compliance, standard support, kiosk mode, basic analytics, and 1 waiver template - all FREE with your waiver volume.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes! Upgrade anytime with immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Add or remove feature modules monthly with prorated billing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. Test the platform with up to 50 waivers during your trial.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and debit cards through Stripe. Automatic monthly or annual billing for your convenience.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No setup fees, no contracts, no lock-in. Pay month-to-month or save with annual billing. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

What is Kiosk Mode?

Kiosk Mode transforms any tablet or device into a dedicated waiver signing station. Perfect for reception areas, entrance points, and customer check-in locations with auto-reset and idle timeout.

What devices work with Kiosk Mode?

Any modern tablet, smartphone, or touchscreen device with a web browser. Works great on iPad, Android tablets, Surface, and dedicated kiosk hardware.

Does Kiosk Mode work offline?

Yes! Our PWA technology enables offline waiver signing. Signatures are saved locally and sync automatically when connection is restored.

How do I prevent customers from exiting Kiosk Mode?

Configure auto-reset timers (1-60 minutes), enable fullscreen mode, and use guided kiosk browsers or MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions for complete lockdown.

Can I restrict which waivers appear in Kiosk Mode?

Yes! Configure which templates are available in each kiosk. Perfect for multi-activity businesses or locations with different waiver requirements.

Do you have an API?

Yes! Our REST API allows you to integrate waivers into your existing systems. Create custom workflows, sync data with your CRM, or build custom integrations. API documentation available for subscribers.

Can I integrate with my booking system?

Yes. Use our API or webhooks to integrate with booking platforms like Mindbody, Pike13, Xplor, or custom systems. Automatically send waiver links when bookings are made.

What about GDPR and data privacy?

All data is stored in Australia, encrypted at rest and in transit. Participants can request their data or deletion at any time. We provide tools for managing privacy requests and compliance.

Can multiple staff members access the account?

Yes! Add unlimited staff users with role-based permissions. Control who can create templates, view waivers, export data, or manage billing.

Do you offer white-label options?

White-label options are available on Enterprise plans. Remove Rock Solid Waivers branding and use custom domains. Contact us for details.
